Every item at The Season Shelf is made to order just for you. Here’s what to expect after you check out.
How long will my order take?
- Production: 2 to 7 business days. Personalized items may take 1 to 2 extra days while we prepare your photo or names.
- Shipping (U.S.): 3 to 7 business days after your order ships.
- Total: most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days.
If you order several items, they may be printed in different places and arrive in separate packages. That’s normal.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only, including APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number.
Holiday order-by dates
The holidays are our busiest time, and carriers slow down too. To get your order before the big day, please order by:
- Halloween: order by October 16
- Thanksgiving: order by [THANKSGIVING DATE]
- Christmas: order by [CHRISTMAS DATE]
Orders placed after these dates are still made with love, but we can’t guarantee holiday delivery.
Wrong address or lost package
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t redirect packages once they ship, and orders returned because of an incorrect address will need to be reshipped at the customer’s cost. If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office, then email us at support@theseasonshelf.com and we’ll help.
