How long will my order take?
Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days. See our Shipping & Order-By Dates page for details and holiday deadlines.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.
Why did my order come in separate packages?
Different products are made in different places, so items can ship separately.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 2 hours of ordering. After that, your order is usually already in production.
Personalized items
What kind of photo should I upload?
A clear, bright, well-lit photo works best. Original photos from your phone are great. Screenshots and photos saved from social media are usually too small and can print blurry.
Will you check my photo?
Yes. If your photo looks too small or blurry to print well, we’ll email you before printing.
Can I see a preview?
Each product page shows how the design looks. If you’d like to see your personalized design before we print, mention it in the order notes and we’ll email a preview.
Do I need permission to use a photo?
Please only upload photos you took or have permission to use.
Products & care
How do the shirts fit?
Each product has its own size chart. Most of our tees and sweatshirts are unisex, so size down for a more fitted look or size up for an oversized look.
How do I wash my shirt or sweatshirt?
Turn it inside out, wash cold, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Don’t iron directly on the design.
Are the mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes. Hand washing will keep the design looking new longer.
Returns
What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?
We’ll replace it or refund you. See our Returns & Exchanges policy.
